A blog about the Hawaii most don’t see: Art, photography, fashion, tech, culture, and a slice of island life with an eye on the world. Posts are mainly from the point of view of Ed White, his wife Dallas Nagata White, their friends, and their community.
I’m Ed, an Army veteran working in strategic analysis by day, working on his wife’s commercial photography business in the afternoon, and fostering Hawaii’s tech community by night. I’ve been many places, but Hawaii felt like home, so I’m working on doing my part to make my home better. Interested in strategic systems, entrepreneurship, startup ecosystems, marketing, internet culture, tech, and photography. I want to create things that add genuine value to people’s lives, and I hope to do something that will leave a positive global impact one day. These are the things I’ll write about here.
